For one of our top clients in Vienna, I am currently looking for a skilled Oracle Administrator with experience with Linux 5, 6 and 7. You will be responsible for the organization and execution of backup and restore tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should have an excellent level of German language and experience with current Oracle versions, including 19c. Sign up today and expand your knowledge and experience.

🚀 Project
- provision of basic systems in the area of databases
- organization and execution of backup and restore tasks
- support of different DB types for development, test, quality assurance, training and production
- definition of strategies, standards and guidelines in the area of responsibility
- Linux shell programming and adaptation
- remediation and setting of appropriate measures and correction of error situations
- system monitoring & proactive troubleshooting in the area of responsibility
- support of the technically responsible areas of the commissioning unit in case of error situations and performance problems
- preparation of evaluations and statistics in the field of activity
- documentation of incidents in the ticket system of the client

🎯 Skills

- education in the IT environment
- several years of experience in Oracle database administration
- experience with current Oracle versions, including 19c
- know-how with RHEL as well as Linux 5, 6 and 7
- experience with Oracle SQL Developer
