- design and develop solutions in ServiceNow with focus on IRM modules
- customize workflows, forms, and business rules based on requirements
- build integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID server
- collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- maintain technical documentation and provide platform support
- improve performance, security, and usability of the platform
- participate in Agile development and apply secure development practices

🎯 Skills
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, especially Policy and Compliance Management
- scripting skills in JavaScript and use of Flow Designer
- understanding of REST, SOAP, MID server, SAML/OAuth integrations
- ability to manage development tasks, risks, and controls
