UX Researcher (40899)

I'm looking for a UX Researcher. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product Managers to define research goals, methods, and timelines, conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys, and turn findings into actionable insights. You should be confident managing multiple projects independently and presenting results that influence stakeholders. 🚀 Project
- leading qualitative and quantitative research to support product discovery and roadmap planning
- collaborating with the Product Manager to define research goals, methods, and timelines
- conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies
- synthesizing findings into actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams
- supporting product operations by tracking user feedback, identifying pain points, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- maintaining research documentation and contribute to a centralised knowledge base

🎯 Skills
- strong communication and presentation skills – able to clearly articulate findings and influence stakeholders
- ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously
- proficiency in user research methodologies and tools (e.g. usability testing, value testing, workshop facilitation...)
- experience with wireframing, prototyping and/or product design
- familiarity with product development processes and agile environments
- empathy for users and a passion for improving their experience
