AI Engineer (41256)

As an AI Engineer, you’ll take part in the development and design of advanced AI systems built on LLMs and generative AI. You’ll implement scalable APIs, create RAG pipelines and fine-tune models for real business use cases. Your expertise will shape performance, reliability and adoption of AI features across cloud and on-prem platforms. 🚀 Project
- development and deployment of AI applications using LLMs and generative AI frameworks
- design and implementation of scalable, secure and high-performance APIs for AI services
- development of RAG pipelines and integration of external knowledge bases for context-aware AI
- optimization and fine-tuning of LLMs, including prompt engineering and model evaluation
- implementation of AI inference pipelines for on-premise and cloud environments
- collaboration with product and engineering teams on integration of AI features
- monitoring and improvement of model performance, latency and reliability in production
- research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies and best practices
- communication of technical findings aligned with business objectives

🎯 Skills
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- hands-on experience with ML, LLMs and generative AI
- strong Python skills and experience with LangChain, Hugging Face or OpenAI API
- experience with REST/GraphQL/FASTAPI and microservices architecture
- familiarity with vector databases for RAG
- experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
- experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
- experience with cloud-based AI deployment pipelines
- understanding of data privacy, security and compliance
- ability to work independently and communicate effectively
