I'm seeking an IT Manager, who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the crucial relationship between IT Operations and client site. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that users receive the agreed-upon services from IT Operations, managing on-site IT personnel, and overseeing the implementation of site-specific IT procedures. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting objectives, tracking results, managing career plans for team members, and conducting individual assessments. Proficiency in SQL, VMWare, Microsoft and Linux is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of B2 proficiency in English, along with skills in GIT, SIAM and FMEA. Your perfect time management skills and ability to organize your work will be critical, along with your capacity to evaluate, anticipate, and address present and future challenges. This position is fully onsite in Hlohovec, Slovakia.

- maintain the relationship between IT Operations and the site
- assure that the users are receiving the agreed Service from IT Operations
- manage IT personnel on-site: set up objectives, follow the results, manage career plans of team members, ensure individual assessments
