Business Analyst (42054)

I am looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in translating business needs into clear and structured requirements. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to define epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. The role also involves supporting SDLC and validation processes, ensuring traceability across requirements, design, testing and releases, and helping teams maintain compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations.

🚀 Project
- collaborate with Product Manager, business stakeholders and product teams to translate business needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- define and communicate validation strategy aligned with the client’s SDLC standards
- support product teams through DSDLC enrollment, release planning and validation checkpoints
- guide teams in completing Technology Risk Profiles, IT Control Assessments and required risk evaluations
- create, review and maintain validation and SDLC documentation (URS, FS/DS, Test Plans, Traceability Matrix, QA summaries)
- ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, design, testing and release artifacts
- facilitate collaboration between product teams, quality, validation and compliance stakeholders
- support UAT, validation testing, defect management and deviation closure
- promote compliant Agile ways of working while balancing delivery speed and regulatory expectations
- ensure adherence to GxP, data integrity and internal quality policies across product delivery
- drive adoption of standardized tools and processes (JIRA, Confluence, DSDLC automation)

🎯 Skills
- experience working as a Business Analyst in IT or digital product environments
- strong experience with requirements analysis, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- understanding of SDLC / DSDLC processes and validation practices
- experience with documentation such as URS, FS/DS, test plans or traceability matrices
- experience supporting UAT and validation testing
- ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, compliance, IT)
- experience working in Agile environments
- strong communication and documentation skills

💡 Nice to have
- experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare IT environments
- knowledge of GxP regulations and data integrity principles
