Master Data Governance Analyst (42085)

I'm looking for a proactive Master Data Governance Analyst to help shape data processes. You will lead workshops, capture requirements from SMEs, maintain process maps, and drive improvements across customer, product, and vendor data domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define governance roles, policies, and standards while ensuring alignment across departments. Candidates should have 2+ years in MDM or data governance, experience with process mapping tools, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

🚀 Project
- supporting the definition and implementation of master data governance processes
- facilitating workshops and discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand current processes and requirements
- documenting and maintaining process maps, workflows, and governance frameworks related to master data domains (e.g., customers, products, vendors)
- identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities and propose governance best practices
- collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data owners to define roles, responsibilities, and controls for data governance
- assisting in establishing data rules, standards, policies, and procedures for master data management
- supporting alignment across departments by organizing and running meetings, workshops, and follow-ups

- educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or similar fields
- experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN tools, Miro, others)
- strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run meetings and align stakeholders
- analytical and structured approach to challenge processes and suggest improvements
- comfortable working in cross-functional environments

💡 Nice to have
- exposure to data governance frameworks
- experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.) or MDM platforms
- understanding of data quality concepts and data lifecycle management
- experience supporting data governance initiatives or transformation projects
