Master Data Analyst (42744)

I'm looking for a Master Data Analyst to support master data governance, analyze workflows, identify gaps, and propose best practices across customer, product, vendor, and material domains. You will facilitate workshops, maintain governance frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to define roles and standards, with a strong focus on Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in MDM, data governance, or process mapping, strong facilitation and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools. Knowledge of ERP systems and data governance frameworks is a plus.

🚀 Project
- supporting the definition and implementation of master data governance processes
- facilitating workshops and discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand current processes and requirements
- documenting and maintaining process maps, workflows, and governance frameworks across key master data domains (customers, products, vendors, materials)
- identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities and proposing governance best practices
- collaborating with business stakeholders, IT, and data owners to define roles, responsibilities, and controls
- assisting in establishing data rules, standards, policies, and procedures for master data management
- organizing and running meetings, workshops, and follow-ups to drive alignment across departments
- supporting governance initiatives within the Supply Chain environment, with a focus on logistics and production

🎯 Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Business process definition or process mapping
- hands-on experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN tools, or similar)
- preferred: background in Supply Chain (logistics, production)
- educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run meetings and align stakeholders
- analytical and structured approach to challenging existing processes and proposing improvements
- comfortable working in cross-functional environments

💡 Nice to have
- familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM, or similar)
- experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.) or MDM platforms
- understanding of data quality concepts and data lifecycle management
- experience supporting data governance initiatives or transformation projects
