Actimize Architect (44435)

Know NICE Actimize inside out and ready to lead a major upgrade? A global digital engineering company is looking for a fully remote Actimize Architect based anywhere in the EU or the UK. You will own the architecture of NICE Actimize solutions across AML, fraud, compliance and financial crime – implementation, modernisation, upgrades and production support – with the key project being a major IFM upgrade from 4.15 to 10.2 SP5. Strong hands-on experience across multiple Actimize products, proven IFM upgrades, Docker, Cassandra and DR architecture and English C1 are required.

🚀 Project
- architecture for NICE Actimize solutions across AML, fraud, compliance and financial crime platforms
- defining end-to-end architecture (scalability, availability, security, maintainability), assessing the existing architecture and driving modernisation, automation and cost reduction
- designing and reviewing security architecture, access controls, integrations and deployment models
- building new Actimize environments within aggressive timelines and documenting customisations, configurations, dependencies and operational processes
- planning and executing upgrades and migrations – ActOne 6.6 SP12, AIS 4.34, AVA 6.2, WLF-X, IFM 10.2 SP5, SAM 9.2, CDD-X, STAR 3.x
- leading the major IFM upgrade from 4.15 to 10.2 SP5 – impact assessment, dependency analysis, environment preparation, migration planning, testing, deployment and post-production stabilisation
- upgrade roadmaps, implementation plans, rollback strategies and risk mitigation plans

🎯 Skills
- strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize across multiple products (IFM, SAM, AIS, ActOne, AVA, WLF-X, CDD-X, STAR)
- upgrades, migrations, installations, configurations and customisations of Actimize, with proven IFM upgrades from legacy to current releases
- Actimize ETL architecture and data flows
- Docker / containerised environments
- Cassandra architecture and database infrastructure
- backup, recovery and DR architecture
- application and security architecture, enterprise integration, data architecture
- troubleshooting and performance tuning
- technology roadmaps, risk and stakeholder management and technical team leadership
- based in an EU country or the UK
- English C1

💡 Nice to have
- bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years in technology with significant experience in financial crime, AML, fraud or regulatory technology
- 7+ years with NICE Actimize or comparable financial crime platforms
- banking or financial services and large-scale Actimize implementations
- strong communication, presentation and documentation skills
