Backend Developer (43801)

I’m looking for a Backend Developer for a property / real-estate platform with hands-on AI/LLM work. You will develop and maintain backend services in Python and TypeScript, run containerized workloads on AWS and work with data pipelines and DAG-based workflows. I expect around 7 years of backend development experience, strong production Python, TypeScript, AWS / ECS, containers and real practical LLM experience.

- building functionality involving LLMs with a strong focus on practical production use
- working with data pipelines and DAG-based workflows
- helping structure and improve a technical environment that has grown quickly
- working with large-scale document and data management
- independently identifying technical needs, proposing improvements and taking ownership instead of waiting for fully prepared tasks
- becoming a technical expert and sparring partner for the responsible manager

🎯 Skills
- around 7 years of backend development experience
- strong production experience with Python
- knowledge of TypeScript
- experience with AWS, ideally ECS
- experience running containers on AWS
- hands-on practical experience working with LLMs in real solutions, not only theoretical knowledge
- ability to work independently, introduce structure and take ownership
- proactive approach and ability to identify what needs to be done

💡 Nice to have
- data engineering experience, especially data pipelines and DAG-based workflows
- experience from a product company or SaaS platform
- familiarity with open source
- experience helping structure a rapidly growing technical environment
- knowledge of real estate, tenancy law or other heavily regulated domains
- experience with large-scale document management
