Business Analyst (43933)

We are looking for a senior Business Analyst to support technical requirements and API solution design in a modern digital banking environment. You will translate business needs into technical concepts, API and workflow designs, and help improve delivery in an agile setup. You need strong requirements engineering, REST API and integration experience, agile delivery practice and English at C1 level.

🚀 Project
- translate business ideas and requirements into technical concepts, software requirements, APIs and workflows
- design REST APIs and integrations with a focus on scalability, security and maintainability
- review functional and technical designs against future business needs and operational requirements
- support innovative digital banking solutions, including automation and AI-powered services
- create shared understanding between business and IT stakeholders from initial idea to delivery
- contribute to agile ceremonies, including refinements, Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives
- continuously improve APIs, processes, standards and ways of working

🎯 Requirements
- modern architecture environment with REST APIs, microservices, PaaS, SOA, system integration and cloud technologies
- requirements engineering, business analysis, solution design or software engineering background
- agile delivery experience using Jira and participation in refinements, Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives
- ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders from idea to production
- strong English skills at C1 level

💡 Nice to have
- German language skills
- interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI
- hands-on experience with AI use cases
