Business Analyst (44025)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong banking and payments experience to support a complex migration of recurring-payment and clearing processes. You will bridge business and IT, document AS-IS flows and translate requirements into clear specifications.

🚀 Project
- document existing AS-IS payment flows and business rules
- analyse migration requirements and technical specifications and determine required changes
- perform gap analysis and impact assessment across processes, systems and stakeholders
- gather and clarify requirements and maintain Business Requirements Specifications and use cases
- transform business requirements into technical specifications
- support migration planning and preparation for development
- work closely with architects, the Product Owner, Product Specialists, business stakeholders and IT teams

🎯 Skills
- strong experience as a Business Analyst
- experience in banking, payments or financial services
- strong requirements elicitation and requirements management skills
- business/process analysis and process mapping
- experience with AS-IS analysis and business rules
- gap analysis and impact assessment
- experience with complex transformation or migration initiatives
- ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
- ability to work independently and take ownership
- availability for hybrid work, with at least 3 days per week from the office

💡 Nice to have
- ISO 20022 and payment-domain knowledge
- Direct Debit, Request to Pay, recurring payments, clearing or payment flows
- experience in a Swedish payments ecosystem
- previous migration of a recurring-payment or clearing solution
