Looking to harness your skills in business consulting, project management, and e-commerce? We have an exciting opportunity for a Package Consultant Salesforce. We need a strategic mind to develop business requirements, coordinate stakeholders, analyze data, and guide our UX/UI resources. Your goal? To elevate the customer experience on our website. You'll also communicate project details to stakeholders, support market localization, and be familiar with analytics tools. A detailed understanding of web development project phases and experience with acquisition & retention programs is a must.

🚀 Project
- develop detailed business requirements including strategic coordination of cross-channel stakeholders
- define online Customer Experience guidelines and principles
- analyze data, customer feedbacks & benchmark best practices to define outstanding PMI website customer experiences
- provide briefing to creative agencies or internal UX/UI resources and ensure designed solutions meet business requirements
- follow the initiatives implementation from design to deployment in the pilot markets
- build & Communicate documentation to Headquarters & Markets stakeholders providing an exhaustive overview of each project & associated performance results
- support markets localization by providing solid eCommerce expertise and by ensuring a consistent customer experience
