Support Engineer (42241)

I’m looking for an experienced Support Engineer who will manage and support .NET applications on Windows Server, ensuring smooth deployments, monitoring, and high availability across IIS environments. If you have strong experience with Windows Server administration, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and PowerShell automation, along with solid knowledge of security and authentication concepts, I’d like to hear from you.

🚀 Project
- operation and support of .NET applications on Windows Server – deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability (including IIS)
- automation and CI/CD pipelines – design and management of Azure DevOps pipelines, build/release processes, and automation using PowerShell
- infrastructure and security management – administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, access control, certificates, and security policies

🎯 Skills
- 3+ years of managing, deploying, and supporting .NET software on Windows Server
- administration of Windows Server, including Active Directory (AD)
- troubleshooting IIS applications in complex/offline network environments
- Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML, CI/CD, build agents)
- SQL Server administration (installation, configuration, backup/restore)
- SSL certificates via Microsoft CA / PKI systems
- security concepts: access control, HIDS, IDS, Group Policies, antivirus
- authentication and authorization: OIDC, OAuth
- advanced PowerShell for Windows Server administration

💡 Nice to have
- DNS and network/firewall troubleshooting
- log analysis and performance tuning
- clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
