AI Platform Consultant (42537)

I am  looking for an experienced AI Platform Consultant to guide customers through GPU infrastructure and AI/ML environments. You will design PoCs, lead onboarding, and optimize performance of AI workloads while acting as a key technical advisor. The role requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and GPU platforms, along with experience in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions. 🚀 Project
- consult customers on all technical aspects related to GPU infrastructure, AI/ML model training, and platform usage
- lead onboarding and training, mentor customer specialists on optimal usage of GPU clusters and AI environments
- design and implement PoCs including environment setup, data processing pipelines, and deployment workflows
- conduct requirement engineering and translate business needs into technical specifications
- assist with performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and validation of solutions
- act as key technical point of contact and coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services
- propose and develop automation concepts to improve services, processes, and operating models
- ensure best practices in reliability, scalability, responsible AI, and security across customer lifecycle
- support monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for AI workloads and GPU utilization

🎯 Skills
- master’s degree in information technologies
- 5+ years experience in design and delivery of systems based on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- 3+ years experience in building CI/CD pipelines and serverless architectures
- knowledge of AI Factory Cloud platform SW stack and its dependencies
- knowledge of GPU-accelerated server platforms
- knowledge of data engineering, data transformation, and data migration tools
- solid knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container-based technologies
- expert knowledge of VMware environments (VMware Tanzu Kubernetes)
- expert knowledge of scripting languages (Go, Python, Bash)
- expert knowledge of automation tools and deployments (Ansible, Salt-stack, Terraform, Helm)
- expert knowledge of CI/CD in Kubernetes environments and repository management
- expertise with Git (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- experience with Linux OS
- experience with software defined networking (SDN)
- experience with monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Prometheus)

💡 Nice to have

- english at advanced level (C1), german is an advantage
