HR IT Recruiter (41275)
I am looking for an HR IT Recruiter who will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and engineering roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will actively recruit candidates for positions ranging from junior to senior, including Java developers, DevOps engineers, analysts, app support, and testers. I expect proven experience in IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, and solid understanding of software development roles and technologies. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the growth of the Vietnam branch and collaborating closely with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor. 🚀 Project
- conduct active IT/engineering recruitment for roles from junior to senior, including Java developers, analysts, DevOps, app support, and testers
- manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
-participate in interviews and shadow work of senior recruiter
- support growth of Vietnam branch, aiming to scale from 20 to ~70 employees
- use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify candidates
- collaborate with hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor
🎯 Skills
- 4–6+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment
- solid understanding of software development roles, technologies, and methodologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, etc.)
- experience recruiting across international markets (EMEA/APAC)
- strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, social media
- confident communication and stakeholder management
- familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
- understanding of employer branding and talent market trends
- ENG C1
