I am looking for a Project Manager to lead compliance initiatives for NIS2 and CER directives, ensuring timely delivery of obligations and regulatory readiness. You will maintain a regulatory calendar, track national transpositions, and coordinate with cybersecurity and critical resilience regulators. The role requires strong project management skills, legal understanding, and the ability to work cross-functionally with ISRC, BC/CM, and other teams. This position offers a strategic opportunity to shape compliance processes and support organizational readiness in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure.

🚀 Project
- lead compliance projects for NIS2 and CER, ensuring timely execution of obligations and deliverables
- maintain and monitor a dynamic regulatory calendar with key compliance milestones and deadlines
- track national transposition of NIS2 and CER directives and analyze main requirements
- coordinate and manage registrations with cybersecurity and critical resilience regulators
- prepare compliance reports, maintain audit trails, and support incident reporting processes
- act as central point for planning, monitoring, and managing administrative compliance tasks
- collaborate with ISRC (Cybersecurity function), BC/CM (Business Continuity function) and other stakeholders

🎯 Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance or project coordination, preferably in cybersecurity or critical infrastructure sectors
- strong understanding of EU cybersecurity legislation, including NIS2 and CER
- project management expertise (Gantt charts, issue tracking, milestone planning)
- legal research and drafting skills for regulatory analysis and documentation
- experience with EU directives implementation and liaison with regulators
- familiarity with risk management and incident reporting frameworks
- ability to interact with administrative bodies and regulators

- legal background or education in cybersecurity, information security, or critical infrastructure management
- analytical thinking to interpret complex regulations and identify compliance gaps
- excellent communication skills for reporting to executives and stakeholders
- strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with structured documentation
- proactive mindset to anticipate regulatory changes and escalate risks early
- effective collaboration with cross-functional compliance teams
