ServiceNow Developer (42561)

Become part of a team delivering production-ready ServiceNow implementations and complex integrations. As a ServiceNow Developer you will develop applications, handle data flows, and design reliable integration patterns with external systems. The position requires strong JavaScript skills, knowledge of ServiceNow modules, and experience with APIs and data processing. You will also support junior colleagues and help improve development processes and standards.

- maintain and expand certifications and stay up to date with new releases
- translate approved solution designs into production-ready ServiceNow implementations aligned with platform best practices
- develop solutions within ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM / FSM, custom applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder)
- implement scripting and automation (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies)
- write clean and maintainable JavaScript (TypeScript as a plus) following SOLID principles and performance guidelines
- make story-level implementation decisions including code structure, testing strategy and deployment readiness
- build and maintain integrations with external systems (Azure API Management, SnapLogic, SAP, Azure Blob Storage)
- implement REST/SOAP APIs, authentication patterns and data processing (Import Sets, Transform Maps)
- design integration behaviors including logging, retries, error handling and traceability
- support incident and problem resolution through log analysis and root cause identification

🎯 Skills
- experience with ServiceNow development (ITSM / CSM / FSM, custom applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder)
- strong knowledge of JavaScript
- experience with ServiceNow scripting and automation (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies)
- knowledge of SOLID principles, code readability and platform performance guidelines
- experience with REST/SOAP APIs, authentication patterns and payload design
- experience with integrations with external systems (Azure API Management, SnapLogic, SAP, Azure Blob Storage)
- experience with data processing (Import Sets, Transform Maps, data normalization, reconciliation)
- ability to design reliable integrations (logging, retries, error handling, traceability)
- experience with incident and problem analysis and root cause identification

- English at C1 level
