ServiceNow Playbook Tech Lead (42880)
I am looking for a ServiceNow Playbook Tech Lead to drive development activities around Playbooks and Guided Decision Trees. You will take a hands-on role in implementation, guide developers, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure alignment with platform standards. The role requires strong ServiceNow scripting skills and experience working with Playbooks in real project environments.
🚀 Project
- acting as hands-on technical lead for Playbook and GDT development activities
- guiding and reviewing implementation of Playbook-based solutions
- troubleshooting technical issues and driving resolution
- ensuring alignment of delivered solutions with approved designs and platform standards
- supporting knowledge transfer and documentation of implemented solutions
- collaborating within a SAFe agile-at-scale setup including PI planning and team ceremonies
🎯 Skills
- hands-on development experience with ServiceNow Playbooks in a real project environment
- experience developing and maintaining Guided Decision Trees (GDT)
- strong ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes)
- ability to troubleshoot complex platform and development issues independently
- experience translating design specifications into working solutions
💡 Nice to have
- CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification
- experience with Flow Designer and/or IntegrationHub
- familiarity with SAFe / PI planning ways of working
- experience with Guided Decision Trees (GDT) and migration to Playbooks
