Sharepoint Specialist (42612)

I am looking for a SharePoint Specialist to support the evaluation and implementation of a centralized, audit-proof contract management solution. You will work with a wide range of contracts including IT & outsourcing, service, license, framework, cooperation and intragroup agreements, including regulatory topics such as DORA and TPM. A key part of the role is also the migration of legacy data from Lotus/HCL Notes systems, including full history and version control. Proven SharePoint experience, knowledge of IT & outsourcing contracts, and German language skills are required.

🚀 Project
- evaluation of an IT solution for centralized, audit-proof and permission-based contract management
- improvement of compliance, transparency, findability and cross-department collaboration between procurement, legal and governance
- management of a contract database covering agreements outside core specialized systems (e.g. HR or insurance systems)
- IT & outsourcing contracts (including DORA and TPM)
- service, work, license and framework agreements
- sponsorship, cooperation, lease and intragroup agreements
- contracts with external service providers, including non-employees
- migration from Lotus/HCL Notes databases including historical data and version history
