- managing large-scale IT integration projects within the required time, budget, scope and quality
- planning the work and responsibilities of project team members
- managing and motivating project team members
- communication with domestic and foreign suppliers, handing over requirements and taking over subcontracts
- analysing project risks, preventing and, where appropriate, solving problems

- creating, updating and managing all necessary project documentation
