I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll be leading project management tasks across franchises, spearheading innovative initiatives and coordinating the onboarding of new associates. With your expert ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels, you'll also be responsible for managing budgets, tracking project activities, and providing regular status updates. I'm looking for someone with at least 7 years of project management experience in a multidisciplinary environment, who is well-versed in global drug development process and medical affairs. Fluency in English at a C1 level is also required. Don't hesitate and apply today.

🚀 Project
- support the GL MPOM in coordinating project management and financial tasks across franchises
- lead initiatives for T&MO
- lead and support assigned change projects
- be involved in a training of new joiners
- support the training and onboarding of new associates
- support brand project management
- define criteria for key projects and support E2E management
- provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
- work closely with Medical Affairs Client stakeholders 
- support Business Owners in the preparation of annual budget 
- ensure budget and other official financial submissions are in line with targets and timelines
- monitor progress of activities
- support review of vendor proposal
- oversee PO management process
- coordinate, review, and track approvals of activities
- collate relevant Medical Affairs governance submissions from Business Owners
- validate governance submissions against benchmarking checklist
- resolve data gaps and challenge fit against budget
- manage post implementation of budget approvals
- lead innovation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- become Subject Matter Expert in an operational area where appropriate
- validate actual spend and provide accurate forecasting of other medical budgets against project plans
- highlight timelines/budget deviations or operational issues
- implement, coordinate, and maintain reporting with agreed metrics
- support large-scale change projects
- act as a point of contact for external medical project queries

🎯 Skills
7+ years of project management experience in a multidisciplinary environment
- experience in the project-level management and mentorship of other staff
- knowledge of science (understanding of global drug development process and medical affairs)
- ENG C1
