Product Manager (41688)

I am looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of AI, UX and fast-paced delivery. You will own requirements and prioritization across multiple applications, work closely with developers to unblock delivery, and design reliable AI-powered workflows using modern LLMs. This role emphasizes execution, rapid prototyping and real-world impact over heavy process, offering the opportunity to shape AI-driven products used in complex domains.

🚀 Project
- requirements and backlog management across three applications with continuous inflow of feedback, bug reports and logic changes
- analysis of domain-specific and verbose feedback to identify real user and business problems
- writing clear and actionable user stories in Azure DevOps including well-defined acceptance criteria
- daily prioritization with a strong focus on impact and delivery without heavy grooming rituals
- proposal of solutions based on deep user understanding and technical feasibility
- rapid prototyping of solutions including frontend logic and UX concepts
- creation of wireframes and mockups to ensure clarity of UX and UI decisions
- fast iteration based on feedback with a bias toward execution over analysis
- close partnership with the development team to unblock work and clarify edge case
- responsibility for reliable and on-time delivery of product releases
- active stakeholder engagement to validate domain logic and prioritization
- participation in lightweight, high-signal delivery rituals
- definition and evolution of AI and LLM-driven product strategy
- design of AI workflows including prompt engineering, context management, error handling and feedback loops
- continuous evaluation of modern LLMs such as GPT-5, Claude 4.5 and Gemini 2.5 with focus on reliability and predictable behavior

🎯 Skills
- 3 to 6 years of experience in product management within SaaS, startup or AI-driven products
- strong knowledge of Generative AI with deep understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations and practical use cases
- ability to differentiate between large and smaller language models and select the right model for each use case
- basic coding skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping and demonstration of UX flows
- solid understanding of UX and UI fundamentals including information architecture and user-centered design
- experience designing AI-powered products including prompt engineering, context windows, chaining and error handling
- rapid prototyping mindset with ability to translate ideas into working mockups without pixel-perfect designs
- clear and concise communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
- high level of self-organization and ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and user story management

💡 Nice to have
- experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Roo Cline, Windsurf or similar
- knowledge of Model Context Protocol and MCP servers in AI application architectures
- background in audit, Big 4 consulting, financial auditing or regulatory compliance
- technical depth in API design, data models and architectural discussions
- previous experience with B2B enterprise products and complex stakeholder environments
- familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
