Project Manager (43901)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery. You need experience leading comparable projects, hands-on ServiceNow knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, project governance, risk and escalation management, and fluent German and English. The role is fully remote within the Czech Republic.

🚀 Project
- take responsibility for project scope, timeline, budget and quality
- establish and manage the project organization, staffing and resource planning
- act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- lead governance, risk management and escalation management
- ensure agreed milestones and project objectives are achieved
- coordinate internal and external project teams
- provide project status reporting and steering updates
- drive issue resolution and decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements
- proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead on comparable projects
- hands-on ServiceNow experience
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- experience with project governance, risk and escalation management
- ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
- fluent German, spoken and written
- fluent English
