Python Engineer (42338)

I am looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join a fast-moving team building a production-grade, AI-native platform. You will focus on the architecture and orchestration of AI systems, developing agentic pipelines and integrating LLMs with backend infrastructure. The role requires strong Python expertise, experience with FastAPI and Celery, and the ability to design scalable, high-performance systems. Experience with cloud environments, Docker, and distributed architectures is essential, while familiarity with Kubernetes or observability tools is a plus.

- strong resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments with tight timelines
- proven ability to design and architect scalable, highly concurrent backend systems, distributed task queues, and resilient API services
- strong Python fundamentals – async/await, type annotations, Pydantic
- hands-on FastAPI experience building production REST services
- deep experience with Celery – designing and operating distributed task queues, background workers, and scaling strategies with Redis or RabbitMQ
- working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
- experience with Azure, Docker, and containerized deployments utilizing available resources
