Django Developer (43593)

I am looking for a Django Developer with strong full-stack experience to work on internal enterprise applications. You will develop new solutions, enhance existing systems, and migrate legacy applications to Django. The role includes working with stakeholders, implementing changes, and ensuring application quality through testing and code reviews. Experience with SQL, large datasets and production environments is essential.

- organizing workshops with stakeholders and gathering business requirements
- creating queries, analyzing reports and evaluating applications
- gathering diagnostic information and performing problem analysis
- discussing findings and approved changes with stakeholders
- implementing approved changes and enhancements
- testing updated queries, reports and applications
- developing Django applications (greenfield and enhancements)
- automating business processes and integrating Django solutions with other services
- migrating and modernizing legacy applications (web2py, Access) to Django
- providing technical support, troubleshooting and code reviews
- mentoring junior developers and maintaining documentation
- working in a regulated environment with strict policies and limited toolset

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Django experience (backend and frontend)
- proven ability to build Django applications from scratch or refactor legacy systems
- experience with data-entry or booking-type applications handling large datasets
- knowledge of deployment and production environments
- strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- ability to perform code reviews, mentor colleagues and consult on design decisions
- ability to work within strict policies and limited toolsets
- proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- fluent English (B2+)
- strong collaboration, independence and result-driven approach
