Technical Lead (43951)

We are looking for a Technical Lead for a hands-on enterprise engineering role in Dublin. The position combines solution architecture, full-stack development and technical leadership, with ownership of scalable cloud-native solutions and delivery across Python, AWS, SQL and React. Strong experience with enterprise architecture, modern software engineering, DevOps practices and team mentoring is required.

🚀 Project
- own end-to-end technical architecture and drive the technology roadmap for enterprise products and platforms
- design scalable, secure, resilient and cloud-native solutions using microservices, APIs, messaging and event-driven patterns
- lead hands-on full-stack development across Python, SQL, AWS and React JS
- produce high-level and low-level design documentation and define non-functional requirements
- drive technical delivery from inception through production, including estimates, technical risks and Agile planning
- collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment automation, infrastructure, observability and operational excellence
- promote secure coding, automated testing, static analysis, code reviews and engineering standards
- mentor and coach engineers, lead technical reviews and support team development
- work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX, QA and customers and present architectural recommendations to leadership
- work from the office in Dublin

- strong hands-on experience in technical leadership and solution architecture
- strong Python backend development and REST API experience
- solid AWS and cloud-native architecture experience
- practical React JS, JavaScript and TypeScript experience
- good SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
- experience with CI/CD, deployment automation and modern DevOps practices
- experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Git-based development workflows
- ability to make architectural decisions around scalability, security, performance, maintainability and cost
- strong mentoring, communication and stakeholder management skills
- English C2

💡 Nice to have
- 10-14 years of professional experience in software engineering and technology
- backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django
- Redux or Context API and front-end integration with REST APIs
- PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MySQL
- serverless architecture and AWS services related to cloud networking and storage
- cloud scalability and availability concepts including Auto Scaling and Load Balancing
- advanced Docker and Kubernetes experience
- GitHub and modern development workflows
