I'm looking for a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to take ownership of SalesforceConnect and internal CRM solutions. In this role, you’ll ensure platform stability, usability, and alignment with business needs. You’ll coordinate integrations (e.g., Vendavo), manage extensions like snapADDY, and support sales, marketing, and pricing teams. If you bring strong Salesforce knowledge, experience in pricing tools, and excellent stakeholder skills, this is your chance to join a role that drives real impact across commercial operations.

🚀 Project
- acting as platform owner for SalesforceConnect and internal Salesforce CRM
- ensuring platform stability, usability, and alignment with evolving business requirements
- managing CRM extensions such as snapADDY
- coordinating the integration of Vendavo with Salesforce to support pricing and sales processes
- collaborating with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and pricing functions
- gathering and refining business requirements and aligning them with platform capabilities
- coordinating system enhancements and changes with internal and external partners
- providing user support, creating documentation, and delivering training
- contributing to CRM governance and driving continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Skills 
- strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM at administration or coordination level
- experience with SalesforceConnect and CRM extensions
- familiarity with pricing processes and tools such as Vendavo
- ability to bridge business needs with CRM platform capabilities
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills (across sales, marketing, and IT)
- fluent English, spoken and written

💡 Nice to have
- hands-on experience with snapADDY or similar lead enrichment / CRM extensions
- exposure to Salesforce configuration or administration
- knowledge of integration points between Salesforce, Vendavo, and ERP systems
- experience in CRM data governance and quality management
- process improvement mindset focused on sales efficiency and user adoption
