Salesforce Consultant (43201)

I’m looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to manage, develop, and optimize the Salesforce Core Cloud environment while contributing to the implementation of new functionalities and resolving technical challenges. I’m looking for someone with senior-level experience in Salesforce Core Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and professional proficiency in Dutch. 🚀 Project
- maintain and develop existing Salesforce Core Cloud configurations, customisations and integrations within the Repair team's scope
- identify, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring stability and reliability of the Salesforce environment
- work closely with internal team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working Salesforce solutions
- contribute to ongoing improvements, enhancements and bug fixes across the platform
- participate in team ceremonies and collaborate in Dutch with both colleagues and client-side contacts
- document solutions, changes and configurations to support long-term maintainability

🎯 Skills
- proven senior-level hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Cloud
- Dutch language at a professional working level — all team and client communication is conducted in Dutch
- Flow
- ability to work independently and deliver with minimal onboarding time

💡 Nice to have
- experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning
- Apex
- familiarity with service management processes, SLA tracking or field technician workflows within Salesforce
- experience working in a support or sustain delivery model rather than greenfield implementations
