🚀 Project
- together with the division's leadership team, driving the adaptation, harmonization, and simplification of processes with business partners
- being a part of an implementation program to roll out and maintain the application platform group-wide (mostly SAP products)
- striving for excellent delivery for internal clients and the responsibility for meeting the division´s goals
- aligning closely with peers in the management to ensure a synergy cross-department for the division
- pushing transformation forward by steering agile agenda

🎯 Skills
a proven track record within the financial sector and/or IT environment; experience in an international corporation is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in leading and motivating people 
- ability to create the ideal conditions for the team to reach its full potential
- energetic, engaging, and visionary and want to become part of an exciting, vibrant community of IT professionals
- familiar with the following topics: planning, budgeting, project-, contract- and vendor management in a big group

- highly experienced at working with or around SAP topics
- open to travel to Vienna regularly to join the leadership topics onsite and on team days (25%)
- excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to establish trusted relationships with business and main stakeholders while being fluent in English
- knowledge German and any additional CEE language are a plus
