SAP Cloud ALM Lead (43756)
I am looking for a SAP Cloud ALM Lead to define and drive the strategy, governance, and implementation of SAP Cloud ALM in a complex enterprise environment. You will be responsible for setting up Cloud ALM tenants, processes, and integrations across SAP systems, CI/CD, and ITSM/DevOps tools. The role includes defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, as well as driving adoption across teams. I expect 7+ years of SAP ALM experience, including hands-on Cloud ALM leadership and strong stakeholder management skills.
🚀 Project
- definition of strategy, roadmap, and governance model for SAP Cloud ALM aligned with SAP Activate and enterprise SDLC/ITSM
- setup and configuration of Cloud ALM tenants, scopes, roles, and authorizations
- integration of Cloud ALM with SAP systems, identity management, and DevOps/ITSM tools
- design and implementation of processes for project and operational management (requirements, test management, deployment, change/transport analytics)
- setup of operational capabilities: integration monitoring, business process monitoring, job/health monitoring, alerting, and automation
- definition of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting framework for delivery and operations
- management of transition from SAP Solution Manager where applicable
- stakeholder alignment, training, and enablement of teams
- ensuring security, compliance, and data protection within Cloud ALM usage
🎯 Skills
- 7+ years of experience in SAP ALM
- at least 2+ years of hands-on SAP Cloud ALM experience, including leadership in implementation and operations
- strong knowledge of SAP Activate and SAP S/4HANA (cloud and/or on-premise)
- experience with SAP cloud ecosystem and related solutions
- experience integrating Cloud ALM with CI/CD, transport, and ITSM/DevOps toolchains
- ability to define governance models, operating models, and drive adoption across multiple teams
- strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- experience leading workshops and change management activities
