- responsibility for data migration activities during deployments (above-country level) for relevant data objects
- planning and executing detailed data load cycles
- preparing, communicating, and managing data preparation cycles and load plans
- acting as test manager for informal mock data loads
- preparing and managing status reports for load cycles
