SAP Automation Consultant (40863)

I'm seeking seeking an experienced SAP Automation Consultant to lead the migration and redevelopment of VBA macros and scripts, aligning them with SAP S/4 Hana. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign automation, streamline business processes, and implement cutting-edge solutions using VBA, .NET, Python, JavaScript, and RPA tools. Leverage your experience in SAP (ECC/S4), APIs, LTMC, and LSMW to drive successful integration and data migration. 

🚀 Project
- analyzing, migrating, and redeveloping existing VBA macros and scripts to ensure seamless integration and compatibility with SAP S/4 Hana
- collaborating with finance, IT, and process owners to gather business requirements and redesigning automation solutions that streamline and optimize business processes
- designing, documenting, and implementing robust, efficient, and compliant automation solutions
- leveraging SAP S/4 Hana APIs (OData), LTMC, and LSMW for data migration and integration tasks
- developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and quality of migrated and new automation solutions in the SAP environment
- troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during migration and post-implementation, ensuring all solutions meet quality and compliance standards
- providing training, documentation, and support to end-users and application delivery teams on new or updated automation tools and processes
- managing the full lifecycle of integration and automation projects, including planning, development, testing, go-live, and ongoing support, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
- communicating progress, risks, and benefits of automation initiatives to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with business objectives

🎯 Skills
- at least 5 years of experience in VBA scripting, macro development, and automation, ideally with SAP integration experience
- advanced proficiency in VBA, Excel, and Office Suite; experience with SAP systems (specifically ECC and S/4 Hana)
- proven track record in migrating and redeveloping VBA macros for new platforms
- experience in process automation and workflow optimization
- experience with .NET (C# or VB.NET) for SAP integrations

💡 Nice to have
- Python or JavaScript for automation or API-based integrations
- familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism)
- knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana APIs (OData), LTMC, LSMW, and data migration/integration tools
- Power Query and Power Apps for advanced Office automation.
