About the role
- organize project releases, including documentation
- suggest and implement improvements of Agile practices
- guide development team towards self-organization and cross-functionality
- clearing obstacles
- protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions

Your ideal profile
- experience at least 2 years of Scrum Master
- experience with SAFe and as RTE (Release Train Engineer)
- people management skills
- German C1
