Agile Product Owner (44197)

Do you take real ownership of applications – from backlog to supplier follow-up – rather than just running Scrum ceremonies? An international IT services company is looking for a hands-on Agile Product Owner / Application Owner in Sweden to manage around 10 IT services in the Property Technology (PropTech) domain. You will own the applications, prioritize requests from stakeholders in four countries, manage external suppliers, handle operational issues and make sure services run smoothly – independently, without a dedicated team to delegate to. We expect solid experience as a Product Owner, backlog management, hands-on Jira and Swedish C1.

🚀 Project
- Property Technology / Real Estate & Facility Management domain – IT systems for buildings, offices, facilities and property
- ownership of approx. 10 IT applications and services (space management, self-service terminals, queue management, facility ticketing, property/rental management)
- backlog building and prioritization, requests from stakeholders across four countries
- incident and support ticket follow-up in Jira, coordination with external IT suppliers
- reporting to the Chief Product Owner, who owns supplier contracts, budget and overall vision
- contract CP from 10/2026 for one year, hybrid with 40 % home office in Sweden

🎯 Skills
- solid professional experience as a Product Owner
- creating, maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs
- hands-on experience with Jira
- registering, tracking and resolving tickets in IT support systems
- ability to manage multiple applications, requests and priorities simultaneously
- Swedish C1, English B2

💡 Nice to have
- experience in PropTech, Real Estate or Facility Management
- Application Management or IT Service Management (ITSM)
