An exciting opportunity has arisen. I'm looking for a Python DevOps Specialist for our client, one of the leading IT services and software companies. As a permanent contractor you will introduce the latest technologies to high-profile customers, especially in the field of cloud and virtualization. It is an understanding of existing solutions that need to be streamlined, modernized or automated. You will mostly use Python, Ansible or Bash scripts. You can look forward to a friendly atmosphere, international team and 90 % home office.
About the role
- managing day-to-day operations of shared PDU resources
- primary point of contact for operation
- responsible for EE delivery
- support on incidents and requests
- handling incidents on cloud environments
- releasing upgrades
- automations for repetitive tasks
- configuring infra operative and adapting to R&D Unit needs
- providing technical support meeting for R&D teams

- Ansible, Python, Shell
- RHOSP or Openstack
- VMWare
- GIT or Gerrit
- Jenkins
- IP Networking
- ENM or LCM
- EO
- CEE
- BSP
Nice to have
- experienced on cloud over different HW infrastructures: HP, Dell. Sun, HDS
- Postgres, MySQL, Oracle
- IT and test processes, tools and infrastructure knowledge
- comfortable with different OS
