Agile Delivery Manager (43299)

🚀 Project
- analyzing and processing vulnerability reports and assigning findings to the appropriate stakeholders
- managing and tracking vulnerability tickets in ServiceNow to ensure transparency and traceability
- handling customer inquiries related to vulnerabilities and providing timely issue clarification
- maintaining and validating asset and inventory databases, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
- supporting the optimization of vulnerability and asset management processes
- developing and implementing Python-based automations to reduce manual operational effort
- evaluating and applying automation technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
- documenting processes, workflows, and optimization initiatives to support continuous improvement
- improving data quality, response times, and overall efficiency through standardized processes and automation

🎯 Skills
- german language proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
- strong attention to detail, structured and reliable way of working
- bility to work independently with a proactive mindset
- excellent communication skills
- experience with Vulnerability Management and/or IT Asset Management is an advantage
