Business Analyst (44041)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a data-platform modernisation programme in a telecommunications environment. You will connect business and IT, structure requirements, support data-warehouse and reporting analysis, and help guide a complex cloud migration.
🚀 Project
- discover, structure and document business and IT requirements for telecommunications data, DWH and reporting
- create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- analyse existing DWH, BI and reporting processes and support cloud data-warehouse migration
- coordinate source-to-target mappings, KPIs, business rules and transformation logic
- perform gap and impact analysis and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- support UAT, business validation, migration controls and report validation
- coordinate workstreams and maintain effective information flow between business and technical teams
- use modern AI tools for analysis, documentation, testing, information processing and decision support
- mentor junior colleagues and contribute to solution options for complex issues
🎯 Skills
- four to six years of experience as a Business Analyst
- experience in a telecommunications business or comparable IT environment
- BI, data warehouse, reporting or data-platform project experience
- systematic requirements analysis, structuring and documentation
- understanding of data models, KPIs, business definitions and data migration
- strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-communication skills
- independent ownership and a structured, proactive approach
- advanced English and Hungarian at B2 level
- experience with Jira, Confluence or comparable collaboration tools
- confident and professional use of modern AI tools in business analysis
