Business Analyst (44122)

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst who can translate complex business needs into delivery-ready Salesforce requirements. You will work at the intersection of contract management, stakeholder alignment and user-story definition to help a near-shore development team deliver valuable outcomes. Strong Salesforce experience, Dutch fluency and confident communication are essential.

🚀 Project
- turn business needs into ready-for-development user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- analyse contract lifecycle processes, including creation, approval, amendments, renewals and tracking
- distinguish standard Salesforce configuration from requirements needing custom development
- align conflicting stakeholder requests and keep the highest-value features moving forward
- work closely with the near-shore development team to provide fast, clear functional guidance
- build trusted stakeholder relationships and resolve issues constructively

🎯 Skills
- hands-on business-analysis experience in a contract-management project or related process domain
- Salesforce Business Analyst experience, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- understanding of the Salesforce data model, standard functionality and configuration
- proven ability to take requirements from initial idea to ready-for-development scope
- stakeholder-management experience in a fragmented and complex environment
- experience supporting an external or near-shore development team
- excellent English and Dutch language skills
