I am looking for an experienced Payment  Specialist who will be responsible for payment management and financial documentation. Your role will be resolving payment issues, providing customer service, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. If you have more than 2 years of experience in accounts payable processes, knowledge of systems like SAP, and experience with performance improvement projects, then you are the ideal candidate for this position. The ability to work effectively in an international environment, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach are key for this role. Do you have knowledge of treasury and cash management?  managing the preparation and execution of payments according to business needs
- ensuring proper documentation
- timely resolution of unpaid items, returned payments, or incoming payments from suppliers
- support and assistance to applicants and stakeholders
- providing customer service
- participating in knowledge management processes

- identifying recurring problems
- troubleshooting and finding solutions

🎯 Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in the field with a good understanding of accounts payable processes
- experience with shared financial services centers
- experience working on performance improvement projects
- knowledge of accounting processes and system solutions
- SAP, SAP FI/MM
- ability to work effectively in an international organization
- attention to detail, reliability, team-oriented
