As a Lead Software Engineer, you will manage software development for QKD systems and coordinate technical deliveries with partner organizations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing testing, automation, and the CI/CD pipeline, as well as implementing effective Agile processes within the team. You will mentor developers, promote best coding practices, and contribute to the development of testing frameworks. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and development management tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- English proficiency C1
