Partnering with Product Owners, you’ll streamline backlog management and enable data-driven release planning. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban is essential. 🚀 Project
- facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- coaching teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices to maximize productivity and value delivery
- identifying and removing impediments to team progress
- fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization
- supporting Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning
- promoting Agile adoption across teams and supporting scaling Agile practices within the organization

🎯 Skills
- strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt Agile practices to team needs
- background in digital marketing or technical environments is a plus
