Looking for a Time & Absence Expert to join a global transformation initiative. You’ll take ownership of T&A system design, Payroll consolidation, and compliance with French labor law. Leading workshops, coordinating with benefits and payroll teams, and ensuring smooth adoption of processes will be your core responsibilities. 🚀 Project
- driving and owning deliverables according to the project plan for the T&A system and process design
- managing interconnected Payroll consolidation to a new Payroll vendor, including handling data transitions and H2R/Benefits
- leading, facilitating, and preparing working sessions aimed at understanding T&A requirements for France, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements and policies
- supporting system design, proper communication, and adoption of T&A processes
- collaborating closely with team members on activities related to payroll and benefits connected to Time and Absences
- maintaining very good knowledge of local legislation related to time
- leveraging strong knowledge of Workday and other T&A solutions as an advantage
