Join an international project driving the implementation of a new T&A and Payroll system in France. As Project Manager, you’ll oversee process design, vendor transition, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth and compliant rollout. I'm looking for a professional with solid experience in Payroll and T&A project management and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Take the lead on a high-impact transformation that shapes the future of HR operations.

🚀 Project
- drive and own overall project plan for T&A system and process design and Payroll consolidation to a new Payroll vendor, including data transitions and H2R/Benefits
- lead and facilitate working sessions to build one integrated project plan for H2R, Benefits, Time, and Payroll transition for France
- provide regular updates on achievements, milestones, and deliverables
- monitor completion of assigned tasks and update the plan with clear deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and progress tracking
- ensure proper project governance and effective communication with stakeholders
- collaborate with external vendors and functional departments on interdependencies
- ensure alignment with local P&O Country Head and project resources

🎯 Skills
- fluent English and French
- proven experience as a project manager in T&A and Payroll implementations, preferably in France
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ability to manage multiple interdependent tasks and workstreams
