Business Analyst (41576)

I am looking for a senior Business Analyst who will play a critical role in bridging business needs and technology solutions for international clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, development and testing teams to translate complex requirements into clear, implementable features. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You will be responsible for guiding solutions from initial discovery through delivery, ensuring quality, value and alignment with client expectations in a dynamic, Agile environment.

- acting as a key communication bridge between internal teams and clients
- gathering, analyzing and translating business requirements into clear feature specifications
- examining end-to-end business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- evaluating business value versus implementation costs and trade-offs
- preparing epics, user stories and collaborating on prototypes
- managing change impact, scope definition and dependency resolution
- aligning stakeholders, end users and development teams on requirements
- presenting solutions, effort estimates and pricing to clients
- supporting development and testing teams during implementation
- coordinating testing activities and validating delivered functionality
- contributing to product release planning and stakeholder communication
- demonstrating delivered solutions and collecting client feedback
- preparing user documentation and communicating with end users
- following and applying Agile/Scrum best practices

🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a business analyst in software development
- university degree in business, IT or related field
- strong analytical skills with ability to see the big picture and focus on detail
- experience with stakeholder management at all seniority levels
- ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions and make decisions
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- experience working in cross-functional and international teams
- strong ownership, responsibility and delivery mindset
- ability to work to timelines and provide regular progress updates
- fluency in English
- experience collaborating with US-based teams and overlapping US time zones
