Business Process Consultant (43902)

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant to bridge business stakeholders and the delivery team. You will need experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant or Product Owner in an agile environment, workshop facilitation, user stories, product backlog management, and fluent German and English. The role is fully remote within the Czech Republic.

🚀 Project
- gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts
- translate business requirements into detailed user stories and backlog items
- ensure shared understanding between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and the project team
- support solution design and business process optimization
- manage and prioritize the product backlog together with the client
- lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement clarification workshops
- maintain traceability between requirements, solution design, and implementation

🎯 Requirements
- proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, or Product Owner in an agile environment
- strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- experience writing user stories and managing a product backlog
- understanding of business process analysis and optimization
- fluent German, spoken and written
- fluent English
