Product Owner (43968)

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Product Owner to lead technical ownership and delivery of an ITOM platform. You will own the roadmap, solution design and vendor coordination. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow expertise, technical leadership, English C1 and Swedish C1.

🚀 Project
- own the ITOM roadmap, backlog, priorities and delivery aligned with business and platform objectives
- lead design, architecture, configuration and customisation across Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Event Management/AIOps and integrations
- improve CMDB data quality, CI identification/reconciliation, service visibility and Discovery reliability
- lead vendor developers, consultants, BAs and testers; ensure technical quality and delivery accountability
- translate requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, dependencies and technical debt remediation
- deliver scalable, secure, maintainable and upgrade-friendly solutions

🎯 Skills
- strong hands-on ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB/CSDM expertise
- deep knowledge of Discovery, MID Servers, patterns, credentials, IRE and Service Mapping
- strong ServiceNow platform, integration and troubleshooting capabilities
- proven Technical / Track Lead or Technical Product Owner experience
- strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and vendor leadership skills
- English C1 and Swedish C1

- CSA, CIS-Discovery or CIS-Data Foundations (CMDB/CSDM) certification
- other relevant ITOM certifications
