Business Analyst (44225)

Do you have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement in large enterprises? A strategic change programme at a major telecommunications operator in Budapest is adding a Business Analyst to its team. The role covers business analysis, design of solution concepts and support for the implementation of strategic changes in an environment with a large number of custom-developed legacy systems. Required are 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or management consulting, hands-on BPMN and UML, knowledge of agile frameworks and Hungarian C1 with English B2.

🚀 Project
- business analysis, solution design and support for the implementation of strategic changes
- environment with a large number of custom-developed legacy systems alongside a few platform systems
- Q4 2026: groundwork, concept development and, in some cases, requirements specification
- 2027: detailed elaboration of the concepts and support for implementation of the designed solutions
- engagement of approx. 9–12 months, start ASAP
- hybrid with 40 % home office in Budapest, first day on-site at the client’s headquarters

🎯 Skills
- senior level, or early-stage senior with particularly strong mid-level experience
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or management consulting
- at least 2–3 years of that in a large-enterprise or consulting environment
- BPMN process modelling and UML
- agile frameworks and project management methodologies where applicable
- experience with custom-developed and legacy systems
- Hungarian C1 and English B2

💡 Nice to have
- experience in telecommunications, banking, energy or another complex infrastructure sector
- experience with delivery and business-segment separation
- familiarity with a large telecommunications operator environment
