IT Operations Specialist (44357)

Enjoy getting hands-on with application operations and solving tricky L2 and L3 issues? A small, successful software company developing its own communication hub product – used by major banks, insurers and utilities in Slovakia, Czechia and Hungary – is looking for an IT Operations Specialist in Budapest. You will run information systems at L2+ support level, analyse logs, manage environments and releases on Linux and Kubernetes/OKD, and support ITSM processes in a friendly team where you can directly shape the company.

🚀 Project
- operating information systems at L2+ support level
- monitoring applications and overseeing their operation, analysing application and system logs
- managing and configuring environments, deploying releases and troubleshooting issues
- supporting development teams with operational activities
- ITSM processes – Incident, Problem, Release and Access Management
- recording tickets and escalating requests to L3 support, analysts and specialists
- contract CP from 11/2026 for one year, Budapest, hybrid with 50 % home office
