🚀 Project
- creating and maintaining Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB in accordance with internal standards and governance guidelines
- processing CMDB-related tickets and maintaining Configuration Item relationships and dependencies
- implementing, configuring, and operating ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities
- developing and managing automated CI update workflows and orchestration processes
- integrating and processing data feeds from network, server, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure)
- maintaining and optimizing transform maps, import sets, and CMDB data synchronization processes
- configuring new CI classes and implementing enhancements to the CMDB data model
- performing technical analysis to support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- supporting CMDB reviews, audits, compliance activities, and roadmap implementation initiatives
- conducting root cause analysis for data imports, interfaces, and data quality issues
- driving continuous improvements in CMDB data quality, process stability, and automation
- collaborating closely with ServiceNow administrators and participating in regular technical coordination meetings

🎯 Skills
- several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly ITOM and CMDB management
- experience with ServiceNow administration
- experience in data analysis, system integrations, and data quality management
- good understanding of ITIL principles and best practices
